Hi,

Maybe an buzzer, camera or someway to let the people in the back know a client is at the door waiting to drop off or pick up? I know some people will abuse that & make you crazy but I have had a few instances where I have had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back. I know it is hard to get the correct amount of staff and things happen, everyone is super nice and I am sure they are busy but I drop off my dog because I have to go to work so this is sometimes and issue.

Everything. But most of all the staff is amazing at Shrewsbury location. They take such good care of our Winnie girl. Making reservations are easy and they so accommodating especially w Winnie special diet.

Friendly caretakers. My pet as she is a senior dog and while friendly, doesn’t have the energy to play with pups. The team keeps her safe and lets her relax on her own to ensure her safety and well being.

Good price, good communications, friendly staff.

I would certainly recommend Dogtopia, but there are those that would like a day are with an outdoor space. Obviously nothing can be done about that in the current space.

I love the amazing crafts and activities they thoughtfully plan for the dogs. In addition, the staff is the most friendly, organized, and professional group I have ever delt with. It made switching day cares less stressful.
