My dog is very happy every time we go and leave. The staff is genuinely friendly and dog loving so I have no worries about her while gone. Even if I did, I could jump onto the Webcam and she’s always playing or following the staff around because she likes them.

From the moment I called, the person on the phone was very helpful to finding time for me to take my dog in for a meet and greet. I met Tia that afternoon and she was so positive and had such good energy and greeted my dog with such genuine love and care. She showed me around the facility and answered all of my questions. On the day after I dropped my dog off for boarding, I went to look at the webcam (awesome amenity!) and I couldn’t find him. I called to see if he was doing ok and Nick assured me he was in the room doing well and just off camera. In addition to his thoughtfulness on the phone, he took the extra step to text me a few pictures of my dog having fun. I did not ask for that service– he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable (which I already was) and give me an extra kindness which I was so grateful for. I will highly recommend Dogtopia to others for your human customer service and your attentiveness and caring for all dogs. Thank you!

Well managed. I like the video cameras as well. It’s nice to be able to see my dog during the day.

Staff are friendly and Sophie seems to enjoy her time there.

Staff Topia are the best and most friendly. Dogs don’t lie and my dog is so very happy to be there each time she goes there.
