The staff are very friendly. Hector loves going there. I also really enjoy being able to check up on him with the cameras
Every staff member is an animal lover who treats each and every guest with the upmost respect and welcoming demeanor. My pup loves visiting Dogtopia, not just to socialize with other dogs but to see the friendly staff at this Dogtopia location! They are also a pleasure to chat with and overall a wonderful environment. My dog has no complaints.
Open on Saturday during summer months
I just recently brought Jovie who is my 4 month old husky mix to Doptopia Newmarket and had the best experience! The environment is so welcoming and the employees were very friendly and were able to help ease all the stress I had with leaving my pup for the first time! I felt a sense of relief with the option to check in on Jovie using the webcam and loved the report card that came home with her! I also loved how tired she was when she came home! Thank you so much Doptopia, I can’t wait to bring Jovie back to make more friends!
I love that the staff love dogs as much as we do and they treat the dogs and doggie parents with so much care and respect. They take their time answering questions and are very patient.
