Bambi and I love Dogtopia. The staff is amazing and I feel like all of my dog’s particular needs are addressed. There is great communication about how Bambi behaves ( with dogs, his eating habits ) during daycare, and they have been patient with me- a somewhat anxious dog parent. Bambu loves all the young ladies who work there, he is excited to see them every time he goes.
The organization is run well, very professional. Staff are pleasant and loving towards the animals. They are available to talk to and are willing to work through any issues that may arise while caring for your dog

The staff always welcome willow with open arms. The facilities are clean and the staff members are attentive. I think it would be beneficial to have 2 daycare attendants in the room at least for half of the day. Also, it would be nice to see more engagement activities and creative ways to engage with the dogs instead of food days. We really love your services.
Dogtopia of Latham was just wonderful! The staff were just wonderful and went above and beyond to give me a tour of the facility and what they offer! While it was just a meet n greet, my puppy also had a trim cut and he came home looking adorable! I’m very pleased!

The groomer Courtney has been amazing with our senior dog Kobe! All the staff is very welcoming and great!
