Friendly staff, easy drop off and pick up, video check in to see pet, always feel a positive welcome.

Friendly front desk, they always know my name, my dog loves to come and is happily greeting everyone, front office is clean and isn’t smelly- and who doesn’t love Jason?!?!

I love how I am able to watch my babyboy during his stay. Each and Very team member there is absolutely amazing and makes me so comfortable leaving my baby there.

Staff are always friendly, accommodating and great at communicating! I really liked that I was given a tour of the facility when Ruby first started at Dogtopia. Love to check in on my pup throughout the day on the cameras. The hours work well with my schedule especially since I have to be to work early and sometimes have to stay past 6pm. I also really like that the dogs are able to get lunch and a rest break from 12-2. Lastly, I’m happy that I can get my older dog’s nails trimmed with Claudia. They are special needs(blind/have arthritis) and Claudia is very patient and gentle with them!

We love all the services. Our whole lives have been turned upside down twice over in the past 2 years (me and my two pups). Have Dogtopia in our lives has made made those challenges LESS challenging for me personally. Knowing I have a trusted place for boarding and daycare even though we haven’t been consistently in the area – has been a huge personal relief for this dog Mom. My girls have a huge age difference (2 1/2 vs 14+ years old) but the staff at Dogtopia address both of their personalities and needs with ease and obvious love for dogs. I have recommended Dogtopia of Latham to several people, friends and neighbors. We appreciate all of the staff at Dogtopia!

Absolutely everything. They offer every service I could ever want and I can’t wait for my dogs to go back. The facility is immaculate and the people are extremely friendly.

Dogtopia Latham staff carefully evaluates your dog and places them with similar temperament doggie friends, with different groups (low key through rambunctious play).

We like everything about Dogtopia .! Our dog goes 2 days each week and …staff is both friendly & efficient and our dogs loves to there ! I like the 2 hour window for the dog to rest Also, dogs are separated by size so Beagle in now with Large dogs . We have used the boarding feature on 2 separate occasions and there have been no issues .
