The friendliness of the staff, it always seems clean and about top in my list….the monitors. I can be away and see how my four legged girl is doing.
Absolutely everything. They offer every service I could ever want and I can’t wait for my dogs to go back. The facility is immaculate and the people are extremely friendly.
Dogtopia Latham staff carefully evaluates your dog and places them with similar temperament doggie friends, with different groups (low key through rambunctious play).
We like everything about Dogtopia .! Our dog goes 2 days each week and …staff is both friendly & efficient and our dogs loves to there ! I like the 2 hour window for the dog to rest Also, dogs are separated by size so Beagle in now with Large dogs . We have used the boarding feature on 2 separate occasions and there have been no issues .
I think it’s very comforting that there’s always an adult in the room with the dogs. That is unfortunately not true and all doggie daycares. Also, everyone there really seems to enjoy all of the dogs and their unique personalities. They don’t just treat you like a number. They are also very accommodating! I also think the themed days, and all the activities they do are cute, and seem to boost the morale of the entire establishment, clients, dogs and staff included!
I love that Dogtopia knows my dog and makes an effort to tell me about the kind of day he had. The social media presence is fantastic and I love all of the fun activities you put on!! It’s nice to know that my dog is in good hands and it doesn’t feel like I’m handing him off to strangers. You truly are family to my pup!
Staff is so caring. Facility is so clean. I won’t bring my pup anywhere else. We have peace of mind while we work knowing our pup is happy and cared for.
I like everything. Safe space for my dogs to play or to spend the night. Very friendly staff. App is easy to use as well. Love when my dogs make the days pics and all the treat options.
