Luna got a scabbed tail from hitting the sides of the crate while wanting to be out with the other dogs. Once this problem began, Luna should have been placed in a crate away from the other dogs. This would have allowed her to stay calm and the tail would heal. This would have avoid having to send her home a day early.
Had issues with billing whereby I was charged for a grooming when in fact the grooming did not take place since she was sent home early. Was able to speak to someone and a refund is expected. Spoke to someone on 8/8/25 and have not got a conclusion/refund notice as yet.
However I had place a call on the first day of Luna’s stay and left a message and NEVER got a call back. This also happened when Luna stayed at this Dogtopia in July of this year. This is NOT acceptable. Call should be returned as soon as possible to ease concerns.
They are wonderful! We are so happy we found a place that are great with dogs!
They took care of Luna like their own.
