I. The front desk staff is warm and helpful. I can’t stress that enough. From scheduling to pickup, they are there to answer questions and provide the first impression we have of Dogtopia.
II. My dog is happy. He enjoys is day visits or boarding and I feel comfortable knowing he is in a safe and hopefully fun environment.
III. Convenient. The convenience of scheduling on the app or phone makes the booking experience that much better!
The staff seem to truly love the dogs and know them so well. Dogtopia is flexible and easy about scheduling stays and it’s truly been an amazing resource for our family if/when we need dog sitting.
I like that my dog, Romeo, is SO HAPPY to go there. He is well supervised and they do not over-crate him when he gets rambunctious. I like that they know how to bathe him and cut his nails without scaring/hurting him. They have fun events and share the pics with the parents.
Sometimes they have to chase him to bring him out at the end f the day because he loves it there so much!
