Amazing staff
It often smells really strong of wet dog. I know there are many dogs there, and sometimes they are wet, but there must be some way to keep the oder to a minimum.
I love that Pancho is always tired after a day at Dogtopia. It means he’s had lots of fun and got lots of energy out!!
Dog is always super happy but would be good to have video access even during crate times so we know the setups.
Dog also smells a bit when he comes home from the cover up scent used at the facility

The staff. Everyone we have encountered at the front desk is happy, personable, accommodating and friendly. It appears they truly enjoy working with dogs and know my dog!
