I like the friendly staff, the ability to see the dogs during the days and that they can go outside if they choose to.

Very accommodating, excellent spa offerings, activities for the pups, and excellent customer service. Mitch and his team are great.
The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly to clients and loving/warm to our Ellie. However, for overnight boarding, there should be some sort of discount for consecutive overnight stays. Dogtopia is a bit pricey already, and with boarding overnights, it costs more than $100 for the day and night. With one consecutive overnight boarding, we have paid close to $1,500 for our dog, and this is too steep.
My dog loves the place. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional.
The people at the front desk were super sweet. Taylor was amazing and made me feel comfortable leaving my puppy at daycare for the first time. I also love that there is an outdoor area and that I have access to the cameras to keep any eye on my baby during the day.
