Taylor and her staff. All who work there are committed , loving to the pups and considerate of clients. The only issue is that u don’t have sufficient personal during the ” rush hours ” nor the staff’s fault. They work as fast as humanely possible.
Again, I want to emphasize that what makes Dogtopia in Mount Kisco a fun place for the pups and pleasant experience for the owners is your GREAT staff
The dogs love it, and come home exhausted from a good day of play. The staff is kind and attentive. I have also boarded my dogs and its been great for us and the dogs.
People who know and care about dogs and your dogs in particular. That means a personal level of care.
