The staff is very friendly and responsive. They handle my dog with the utmost care and responsibility and I love that because my dog is a little anxious around people he doesn’t know so well. I also love the fact that you can check on your dog via the camera and see them interact with other dogs and the staff. Our dog stayed multiple times overnight and we gave him his favorite toy and blanket to make him comfortable.
The team is friendly and responsive and clearly know our dog and his personality, indicating the degree of attention paid to him during daycare and boarding. He always comes home happy and healthy, and where I have had concerns in the past they’ve been immediately addressed.
Everyone is friendly – it is very flexible with the hours – I love you are open 7 days a week and Toby seems to really like it
Your staff is very friendly and clearly cares for our dogs. They are always excited to go to daycare and come home having used up an enormous amount of energy.
