Love the Northville location. Sam and the team are amazing. Always know the dogs names and I feel welcomed. The staff is consistent with little turnover so, it’s easy to build a relationship, keep up the good work!
I used to take my pup to Bloomfield Hills and haven’t gone back since they changed leadership a couple years ago. Lots of staff turnover, inconsistent hours, last minute closures to train new staff or other reasons. I heard Northville changed leadership, hope it’s not a repeat of Bloomfield Hills.
Everyone is very friendly. The appointment process is very easy.
Everyone seems to have a strong passion for caring for the dogs. I love following them on FB and seeing all the cute pictures of the dogs. They take the time to spend time with these dogs and I think that’s wonderful.
I’m no longer receiving email receipts for services and I’m concerned about staff departures since change in ownership and how that will impact the care of my dog. The level of friendliness and overall sense of the place feels like it is changing and I’m unsure If it is for the better.
