They were very accommodating and followed a procedure that I know makes it safe for all our pets. They were so sweet to my dog when I entered the lobby, it made me feel like they really care.

Ryker and I love Dogtopia but recently things seem to have shifted.

My texts aren’t being returned, at first I was given a new number (616) but apparently that changed again (616) without notification. Even when I updated the texts still weren’t answered.

He keeps hurting his nose, which used to be because he was kenneled so we moved him to a suite. When I inquired I was told it was during play… in the past when there were times things happened the team took the time to show me the video.

I know he is high energy and the team there has always been amazing I’m just worried perhaps there is a staffing issue or?

The web cam – may need somewhat of an upgrade over this gives peace of mind to us owners

I love how personable the staff is, very easy to voice my opinions on what I need for my dog and how easy they are to work with me since I am training my dog to be a therapy dog.

I also love to see how excited my dog Bailey is when we pull up in the parking lot, she just loves all the staff and loves playing with all her friends.

I would highly recommend dogtopia to anyone who wants to board or take their dog to daycare, they are absolutely the best.

Dogtopia is a great means of socialization for our dogs – they are happy and exhausted when they come home.

So far we have used the nail trim for our dogs and have been very satisfied with the service. We have been going there for close to 3 years. Staff is friendly and do a good job trimming the nails.
