everyone from Management to the Front desk are exceptional, the love they give my dog is outstanding. I have had my dog with multiple other dog day care centers in the area and there simply is NO comparison. Cleanliness, attention to the dogs health, and the amount of personal care taken is amazing here. AAAAA++++++++ establishment

My dog loves daycare, she always comes home so tired. The staff are friendly and rates are fair.

I love how kind the staff is, you can tell that they are all genuinely dog people, they love what they do. I also really appreciate how the play rooms are ALWAYS being cleaned. Everytime I check on my dog, someone is mopping up immediately after a dog goes potty and when they aren’t doing that, they are cleaning everything else, the play equipment, the crates, the floor in general. Another thing that really made me feel good about sending my dog here was the training the staff receive to be able to read the dogs and know when to put someone in time out. That is so important to me. My dog leaves happy and tired and I can tell she has become more confident too. I cannot recommend Dogtopia of Northville enough. And don’t even get me started on the photoshoots 😍

I don’t like not receiving a receipt at drop off. I have no proof that I actually dropped him off if the establishment say I didn’t. That makes me uneasy. Receipt, even when dropping off a shirt at the cleaners. My dog is much more important than that so I’d like to get a receipt when I drop him off, so I’m sure that I’m able to get him back when I pick him up. And I have evidence of drop off.

I liked everything else about the establishment. Boarding costs are high but other services priced competitively

Allow us to pick up our pet on Sunday. Even if it’s only during a discreet window, it will be better than no time at all. We are considering switching to Plymouth for this reason.

Our pup always comes home happy! The spa services are wonderful and the special events keep things fun so no one gets bored. The staff is fantastic and very caring. We are so thankful for Dogtopia Northville!

I love how friendly the staff is and how I can watch my dog on the cameras. Also love how they offer spa services and have so many great events every month. My dog loves going and I know he’s in good hands there!
