I honestly don’t know what I would have done while raising my puppy if I didn’t find Dogtopia. It allows me to drop him off to be social somewhere while I’m off at work instead of him staying home alone, and gets all of his energy out so that he’s not destructive out of boredom. The staff are also so friendly and I love talking to them every dropoff and pick up. The events they host are also all so cute, and I cannot recommend this place enough!!
Dogtopia Oakbrook Terrace is wonderful! Our dog Chips, who doesn’t like much of anything, loves his friends here, along with the kind and loving staff who care for him. The facility is also spotlessly maintained, and it’s a great value for the price. We had tried other pet daycares and boarding facilities in the past, but people working there seemed like they were just going thru the motions, and not really happy to see us. Dogtopia is always so happy to see us, and I know our Chips is in exceptionally capable and attentive hands. They schedule lots of fun events for the pups, and we can tell these folks really love their jobs. That’s important to us! Many thanks to this fantastic local business!

All of the staff is so friendly, helpful, and personable. They know my dog by name and I trust she’s in good hands whenever she’s there! She comes home a tired, fulfilled pup.
Previous staff were more welcoming and approachable. The current team comes across as less friendly and somewhat cliquish. There appears to be favoritism toward certain dogs, while others seem to receive minimal engagement. Overall, the staff turnover does not appear to have been a positive change.
Our dog loves to go! She has the best time and everyone who works there is so kind. Pick up and drop off is a breeze
