Friendly staff that really cares about all dogs.

What I like about Dogtopia Oakbrook Terrace is that the staff is friendly and polite. The monthly events they organize for the dogs are creative and fun. I particularly enjoy the monthly theme photoshoots they do for the dogs. It’s always such a joy to see the outcome of the photos for all the dogs. Their marketing promotions are well executed. Whenever I say, ‘It’s daycare day!’ my dog gets excited.

Very friendly staff, love that they come to the car to get my pup. Candy seems to be very happy to go with staff member which tells me she is happy there.

There was an issue with Candy’s cracked tooth from a week ago when she was there for an overnight. She got her teeth stuck in the bars of the crate and chipped her canine tooth. Your staff was great about following up to see how she is doing and even sent me a picture of the tooth after it happened. They even said they would put her in a different type of crate (no bars) when she visits the next time.

Candy will have the tooth removed within a few days at Lombard Veterinary Hospital. Today I should hear exactly which day. You have asked for a copy of the invoice and I will provide you with it within a few days.

The entire staff is amazing. They treat my dog as if he was their own. I left on vacation and he was having a blast at dogtopia. My dog loves the entire staff as well. Always friendly, patient and understanding.

My puppy has been there a couple times so far and the staff seems very friendly and compassionate towards the puppies and dogs. Really happy about the webcams as well. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia!!

Great place for your dog. We have been customers for over three almost four years. We still come after moving. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. I highly recommend Dogtopia in Oakbrook Terrace.
