We love your staff. Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Both us and our puppy love going to Dogtopia! The facilities are clean, the events are great, honestly cannot rave about Dogtopia enough!

We love that Baillie is exciting to go to and to be at Dogtopia of Oakbrook Terrace. The way the team members come out and greet us at our vehicle is ideal as it keeps the drop-off-transition very quick and easy! We truly appreciate the team’s positive and friendly manner as well as us having the ability to see what Baillie is up to during the day via the onsite cameras!

When I watch the webcams at different times throughout the day I see Dogtopia team members regularly cleaning the floor (which I appreciate), but I don’t see them doing anything other than cleaning. I was under the impression that team members also engaged the dogs in activities like “follow the leader”. I also recently saw a team member drag a dog by their collar. While I understand the importance of monitoring behavior and preventing fights and injuries, the dog in question was grabbed very roughly and yanked to a different area of the playroom. I would be very upset if that happened to my dog and would probably find a different daycare.

Everything, friendly people who care about the dogs and do everything to make them happy and feel comfortable.

Reasonable prices for daycare and boarding and a great app for easy check in and pickup curbside!

I bring my dogs in for grooming, and I have recommended that service to several friends and they are very happy with the service. My dogs are happy to walk into the building, which tells me that they are happy to be their for their baths. The dogs I see in the play area seem happy and having a good time. I recently recommended it to a friend of mine.

My very high energy golden retriever has an amazing time every time he goes. The customer service is immaculate. Everyone is so kind and helpful! I’m not sure who runs the IG page, but they are always super responsive and answer any questions. They are very engaged with customers which makes things easier. I also appreciate the Dogtopia app, booking is straightforward, we get to see the activities going on and we will get to access the webcam! I’ve never seen a doggie daycare do this many activities for dogs and I LOVE it!

I do want to emphasize on the customer service part again, every single employee I’ve encountered has been awesome! Out of the long list of reasons why we love Dogtopia oakbrook terrace, customer service is #1! This is why I will continue to bring dodger to Dogtopia!!

Absolutely fabulous staff! Super friendly and great with our dogs. Couldn’t ask for a better place and people to care for our extended family members.

I love that you come up with different event ideas for the dogs each month and how the staff treat the dogs with care. My dog loves going to daycare. He gets excited when I tell him it’s “daycare day”.
