At first it was the location. I can drop my dog off on my way to work.
Then I noticed how great the staff is. My dog likes to go even though she doesn’t play much when I watch her on the webcam. Which is another thing I like, seeing her on the webcam.
It is great to have a place for feel safe fir my dog. I heard horror stirred from well meaning relatives who never boarded their dog or put their dog in daycare.

The weekend hours need to be extended and be consistent. I also feel that the attendant could be more watchful when the dogs are getting to aggressive when playing. When I picked up my dog from his last visit he had blood on his ear from being scratched or nipped.
I really felt like my puppy was safe and would be treated w/ kindness. It was fun to watch her play via the web cam. Best of all, she was exhausted from a day @ Dogtopia!!
