Front desk is very friendly. They seem to really care about each pet.
Our dog is well cared for at Dogtopia. We know that the staff will keep our dog entertained and safe for the duration of his daycare stay. They are super welcoming to our dog and go above and beyond! They receive our dog from our vehicle when we get to daycare and bring the dog to our car when our dog leaves daycare, we do not even have to get out of the car! We are so grateful for this daycare. We love the indoor outdoor aspect of the room our dog plays in. Only downside is that our dog sometimes has mud on his paws on rainy days, but we wash that off when we get home, no problem.
Accommodations and staff.
Communication, Play Pens staying fresh and sanitized so dogs return home not smelling like urine. Be more active with dogs being engaged in agility activities as advertised.
Staff provided detailed, informed daily schedule for our dog being boarded – they even washed the crate items our dog had an accident on the day he was picked up! Great service overall!
Friendly staff and very clean and organized. I have used A few Dogtopia’s (in another state), in the past, and this one is far cleaner (no strong odder) ! Yay!
