I noticed the room was split into two sides which I felt gave the dogs less room to move around. There were a few times when I picked up at end of the day that the facility didn’t smell as clean as it usually does. Possibly the number of dogs that were there on those particular days. Do all dogs get some outside time?

The associates were very helpful, gave a tour, answered all questions. I like that there is an associate in the dog day care room at all times.

I love that the dogs get to play all day! The facility was so very clean along with being very safe and comfortable for our pups! We had to board our two dogs for a couple days and we chose to board them with Dogtopia and it was the best idea! The staff gave me updates along with camera access to see my little babies! Staff was in the rooms constantly which made me feel better as this was their first couple times going to daycare/boarding!

All employees are great and very friendly! Diamond really seems to like it! Nice to get her tired out. With the cold weather she doesn’t like to run around much outside.

The staff is very friendly and kind to the animals and that means alot to my husband and I.

I am comfortable knowing that my dog is safe, happy, and well-cared for!
