Flexibility in choosing days to bring Charlie, curbside service, and Charlie loves going! He actually starts singing when he realizes where we are headed. And he comes home tired! Staff is super friendly as well

I appreciate that safety of the dogs is paramount to the staff. When looking at the cameras, there is always a safe calm atmosphere in Toybox. I also appreciate that there are multiple protocols in place so pick up is controlled and safe. Dogtopia staff at the Solon location are always polite, friendly, and able to answer questions about my dog’s day and temperament. I am very grateful to have a clean, safe facility for my dog that is close to my work. Definitely would recommend to other dog owners!
