I appreciate that safety of the dogs is paramount to the staff. When looking at the cameras, there is always a safe calm atmosphere in Toybox. I also appreciate that there are multiple protocols in place so pick up is controlled and safe. Dogtopia staff at the Solon location are always polite, friendly, and able to answer questions about my dog’s day and temperament. I am very grateful to have a clean, safe facility for my dog that is close to my work. Definitely would recommend to other dog owners!

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and engaged. The facility is very clean. I was impressed with the set up, to include a system to clean the air and an outdoor area.

That it’s dog trainers skilled n dog behavior, everyone is sooo kind and loving, the camaras, different events and picture taking and the one-stop shop for baths, nail trims, etc! I’ve told many!

Staff seems to really love my furbabies. Lots of fun creative things they do with the dogs. Would love it if dogs who board could have an extra hour or two of playtime before going in crate for the night. Would also like it if during daycare they could offer training related to a certain behavior issue.

I noticed the room was split into two sides which I felt gave the dogs less room to move around. There were a few times when I picked up at end of the day that the facility didn’t smell as clean as it usually does. Possibly the number of dogs that were there on those particular days. Do all dogs get some outside time?
