Cleanliness very accommodating and professional
Everything !!! I love how every detail of the building is designed for the comfort and care of the dogs. I love that there are spa options, that they take naps, the special events, that you donate to charity. Everyone who works there and/or owns Dogtopia know each individual dog and their needs . You are obviously all dog lovers. The only thing I don’t like and I know there are reasons, is that they don’t go outside to pee. Most dogs don’t care, but Kiku will hold it all day Instead of going Inside. My dogs would go to dogtopia every day if we let them . Thank you ! Love you! XO Kiku and Oscar
Communication. Most of the staff is very good about communicating if there are any issues, or even good things that happen
The interaction between the Diane supervision they receive. I wish they had more outside time but they seem to enjoy being together

My dog came home and chugged 3 full bowls of water. Not sure if she just didn’t drink while she was there, but suggest having more access to water for the dogs if not available already.
