Hire more people so there is a better staff to dog ratio. Fix cameras so they dont constantly freeze. Put dog events on the website such as prom, picture day, dog of the week etc so people are aware of what is happening. Also dogs that are brachycephalic there should be an easier way and less stressful for the dog to get them in a crate
