We had been taking our dogs to Dogtopia for several years. Specifically Janea at the West Center location. We had an elderly dog that had a hard time standing and a hard time with his legs in general. She was so kind and gentle with him. She would let him take breaks and go at his pace. We are so thankful for her. Highly recommend!
My dog is tired when he gets home
My pup loved spending time at Dogtopia, and I believe that the staff likes being with the dogs. However, customer service could definitely be improved. Information wasn’t readily given, and I had to ask in order to receive. For example, we weren’t given information about what to bring, times of half or full days, and the new customer deals without asking first. When coming to pick up my pup for his first few days, I asked how he did with his crate and behavior overall, but they didn’t really give much information.
My most recent visit I left my 2 dogs. I found 1 of my dogs’ medicine still in the bag. They were never given to him for 2 days. And they were not fed their breakfast. Their food was still in the bag as well. Even though I didn’t pick them up till about 12:30pm.
