Great communication, awesome fur baby care and willingness to problem solve any challenges.
Hours are good except I would prefer an earlier drop off on Saturday and Sunday. However, what is most important to me is that my dogs seem to really like people there. One of my two dogs is a shy, but he really likes the staff. This wouldn’t happen if they weren’t good with him. I think whoever is doing the hiring seems to be finding dog lovers. I don’t think that always happens with doggy daycare facilities.
Super easy to schedule everything online and my dog loves going there.
We like everything about dogtopia, spa services, events for the dogs, spa treatments and staff interactions with the dogs.
The kindness and care that my dogs get. And Lily the groomer is fabulous!
When my dogs were picked up, they were not sent home with their blankets, meds, and kibble. I had to make a special trip back to pick up the items.
Varied activities to keep Sadie busy and happy. People there are very nice and attentive.
The pricing has gotten really expensive with constant increases.
