When introducing my dog to dogs that were present at the time of my meet and greet it would have been nice to see my dog’s reactions. This process occurred in a hallway with my dog out of sight. once they were moved to the main playroom I could see her reactions.
They know how to make the dogs happy they keep u update on things and they are very friendly
I like that they know my dog when I arrive.
Switched a few months ago. I’m actually pretty happy with everything so far. My dogs seem to really like the employees, which is important to me because I can’t know everything that happens when I drop them off. Dogtopia is more expensive than where I went before, but Dogtopia is also more consistently fully staffed, so I’m willing to pay for that.
