The cameras. The way the dogs play is cute
The woman that assisted me was very kind and sweet to my dog. She payed special attention to him and he’s hyper and she waited patiently for my dog to settle so she could ask her next questions for the meet and greet. He was hyper over and over again and she still continued to smile and wait.
The staff, communication, and facility!
Excellent place for our puppy when we are out of town. Extremely caring and compassionate staff!!
The genuine enjoyment the staff get from interacting with the dogs. The respect the staff give to everyone who enters. How accommodating they are in accepting short notice requests to care for dogs.

Friendly staff. When I watch the camera I see staff supervising dogs, cleaning up messes quickly and interacting with dogs.
