Great staff, really wonderful with the dogs, good services

Everybody on staff is both passionate/loving towards dogs and professional. Great communication, flexibility, and I know you guys spoil my dog(and every dog) when he’s at daycare. Tons of fun for any dog, and great in a pinch when last minute plans or emergencies pop up. I’m a huge fan of Dogtopia!

The staff is very friendly and attentive towards my Lily and she loves attending daycare

I want to express my sincere gratitude for my dogs’ excellent care during their recent Daycare. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly from the moment we walked in. Sophie gave us a thorough tour of the facility and patiently answered our questions, which put our minds at ease.

The environment was remarkably clean and well-kept, clearly reflecting the attentive care given to the dogs. When I picked up my boys at the end of the day, they were utterly happy and exhausted – a definite indication that they enjoyed their time!

I also really appreciate the access to the cameras. Checking in on my pups throughout the day provided extra peace of mind. The staff was always present with the pups, creating a safe and secure environment.

Thank you for taking such good care of my furry friends. I highly recommend the Dogtopia Aurora Village location to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place to leave their furry babies.
