Welcomed with open arms. Facility is clean and constantly cleaned after each dog does their business.
The Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and can tell everyone genuinely loves dogs ! Definitely check out the complementary tour of the facility while your pet gets an evaluation to play with other dogs . Highly recommend.
You were also welcoming and kind! We have been to daycare before where unfortunately, there were some really aggressive dogs. So far, everything has been good with dog interaction.
I really appreciated the enthusiasm of the whole team there, the attention that was paid to ensuring my dog felt comfortable and that they felt she was ready to meet the other dogs prior to introducing her to them. I also really like the “doggie cams” in the rooms, how clean everything seems and how well Zach did explaining all of the services, etc. to me on our introductory visit. It made me feel very comfortable knowing everyone there wants to be transparent and ensure the best experience for everyone.
The staff are extremely nice
Very clean , friendly, fresh smelling and so happy I could login live while my puppy was in the Beach Room to see how he was doing.
