Frienly and caring to dogs
So much thought has been put into everything to ensure that the dogs are not only comfortable but safe and having fun while learning. Staff are awesome too.
I had called in with questions. The young lady on the phone was absolutely amazing. She explained so many different options.
When I went in to book by boarding I met [FIRST NAME REMOVED].

The staff was friendly and supportive. I liked that my dog was placed with the smaller, similar sized dogs. The webcams are great.
Feedback: I wonder if using the slip collar lead is necessary. My dog seemed to have an irritated throat for a couple of days afterward.
My puppy trainer also cautioned me that the Dogtopia Aurora was allowing a dog with active giardia to go to day-care. This may not be true but it is making me think twice about when I use your services again.
