Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They greet all the fur babies with a very warm, enthusiastic, and genuine welcome – making a fuss over them when they come in.
Anytime I check the cameras, my pup is either running around, playing with the other dogs or taking a nap.
The manner in which the coaches handle any ‘issues’ between the dogs is kind and gentle – the techniques are excellent and do not make the dogs feel like they are being scolded or bad, but redirects their attention.
Communication is great between the staff and myself, which I greatly appreciate, and always quick to answer emails.
The rooms are always kept very clean, and the room and toys are cleaned regularly, giving me total confidence in the staff and the facility.
The activity days and special events are an added bonus. And my pup gets really excited when it’s time to go Dogtopia to play with his friends — the dogs and the coaches…. Thanks for a great experience! Great job everyone.

Amazing daycare!

The staff are the friendliest, most wonderful dog lovers you can imagine. Our dog absolutely loves Dogtopia Aurora, both daycare and boarding. We feel completely at ease leaving her there.

Everyone is super friendly. I like being able to watch the webcams. Your hours work well.

I like the camera in the rooms for times when you just want to check in? Other times I can rest assured that the loving friendly staff that enjoy there job are caring for my dog!

With all the difficulities and struggles I have to overcome and challenges I face with aspects in life. Knowing I have somewhere to place my dog really helps ease some pressure and tension!
