Friendly staff, clean, attention to our furry babies.

The staff are impeccably professional and friendly! I have visited two other Dogtopia locations in the past and the Aurora team is absolutely a cut above the rest (although the other locations were great, as well). They gave me a tour of their facility and I was impressed by how detailed they were, in addition to the fact that the facility was so clean and well-maintained.

I also noticed that they recognized most dogs by name and provided a very welcoming, warm environment for both the dogs and their owners.

My dog can’t wait to return!

I feel so incredibly safe leaving my dog with the staff! It is SO clear how much they love and care for the dogs that come in.

Aurora staff was so helpful and informative.
Welcomed us with a tour which I had never experienced before. I have worked with other Dogtopia locations but this was the first time that we ever had a tour of the premises. That eased my mind. It showed that they are confident in the program they run. Speaks volumes!!
Our boys came back happy and relaxed after a week stay. The communication with many of the staff members (Anna, Sophie, Lauryn) throughout their stay was reliable and comforting. Even checked in on our boys after their stay!
We look forward to many more visits and stays at Aurora Dogtopia.
