Orlando – Longwood Reviews

The location in Longwood is convenient, the staff are always pleasant and helpful and our dogs are well taken care of.

Friendly staff, fun activities, and mostly my dog loves it there!

I’ve been very happy with the care at Dogtopia Longwood. I always feel Dunkin is safe when he’s there. The only thing I would highly suggest is some sort of bell or alert at the front door. I understand front end staff has to go in the back at times, but for their safety AND for the efficiency of dropping or picking up our dogs, it would be helpful if they know when that front door opens.
On two occasions, I have had to go back to my car to get my phone so I could call and let someone know I need to drop off or pick up. If someone came in who shouldn’t be there, no one would know. That could be potentially dangerous for the staff and for the dogs.

Pleasant staffs and cleanliness

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I also love being able to watch my puppy while he’s away from me

When we enter the facility, everyone is always very friendly to Theo and to myself. Not just friendly, but also enthusiastic. That makes a huge difference.

The staff is very friendly and they know our pups by name. They are cared for in a safe environment and are always anxious to get in the door to play with other dogs.

MY dog is verry happy when he sees the building and when watching the webcam he always having fun. Am also glad to have seen that when a dog is misbehaving that they get a few minutes of time out, shows that the staff are very aware of what is going on.

Accurate billing has been a challenge but the staff and facilities are great!

The team is wonderful! Hannah is very helpful with any inquiries and everyone adores our pup!
