Your staff is friendly and seems to take good care of my girl as she so looks forward to going in the door. She get to run free and play with other pups. The puppy play is supervised. It gives me great comfort knowing I can have free time and she isn’t stuck at home alone. She gets lots of exercise and comes home tired.

Availability is the key factor. Plus, access to webcam during stay.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Access to the webcams gives me peace of mind that our girl is doing well. She comes home exhausted but happy. Being a wheelchair user I especially appreciate the curbside feature.
