Communications (responding to texts) and ease of account set up. We’ve swiped or provided our card twice and wellness plan is still not set up.
Your staff is friendly and seems to take good care of my girl as she so looks forward to going in the door. She get to run free and play with other pups. The puppy play is supervised. It gives me great comfort knowing I can have free time and she isn’t stuck at home alone. She gets lots of exercise and comes home tired.
