I like your hours and your friendly staff, Max is always excited to go to Dogtopia.
The staff’s politeness and friendliness and, most importantly, that my puppy loves going there.
Our little dog always seems tomplay hard and come home happy and tired
There has been a high turnover of staff here and we have noticed the service levels decrease since we first started. Things being missed by coaches in the room, etc. Dogs are no longer given a wipe down at the end of the day and I’ve never had a report card for either of them.
When we first started coming the agility and extra things were also complimentary. Now it can feel a bit like nickel and diming when employees are promoting these activities but all are at an extra cost. Photos and those things are understandably extra but a quick scent game would be a way to elevate your services given how costly membership is. The personalized feel has gone away a bit and things feel much more transactional
Friendly staff, love the activities planned for the pups and they are great with my dog!
Overall, I love the Longwood Dogtopia! The staff is amazing. I feel safe leaving Dunkin there.
Suggestions…
There is a need for weekend help. I stopped leaving Dunkin there on the weekends because it seems to be short staffed. There should always be a front desk person. Also, there should be a buzzer when the front door opens just in case the front desk person needs to step away. I have waited up to 5 minutes before finally knocking on the back room door to pick him up. This is not the staffs fault. There isn’t enough staff. Those gals and guys are always on the move.
I appreciate all of the staff there. But they do need support. Thank you for asking.

I really appreciate the care and attention given by the staff. Genevieve, in particular, does an outstanding job.
I love the friendly staff and being able to watch them interact with our little girl. She gets to play free with other dogs and expend some energy!
