Dogs are inside, so safe from traffic and lightning. I also appreciate that dog coaches oversee the dogs playing, so an aggressive dog can’t hurt my Brody.

The enrichment activities and how friendly the staff at the Orlando – Sanford location are. They truly care for my dog. She always comes back happy. When she had an issie one time when I sent her they called me & did what they could to make her comfortable until I got there.

They also do fun activities that stimulate their mind! I trust in their abilities to keep my boys safe!

Everyone there is extremely friendly. They’re great with the dogs and they always have a smile from the beginning of the day to the end of the day.

I would like to see upgraded wide-angle cameras for each room. I would also like to see the staff members that are assigned to each play room interact more with the dogs, especially when some dogs appear bored or nervous.
