The Sanford Dogtopia family is amazing!! The staff is super friendly and always makes Bella feel at home. They are so engaged and welcoming.
I love the events they have for the dogs and their creativity with the calendar.

Staff is very caring and seem to really like dogs. The entire building is clean and there are no lingering doors. The ability to watch my pet at play was wonderful!!

Cameras with a broader range, often times the dogs are out of camera range for most of the day. We want to see our babies!
Drop off is efficient and smooth most days because there are two in front but pick up can take over 10min because only one person is working the front desk. Please consider having extra hands during the afternoon rush hour so it doesn’t take so long.
Consider adding a rewards program offering credit based on visits.

Communication is key when we go away. In this matter plus every other matter that exist which brings an ease while away they accomplished with an excellent rating. Thank you for taking care of our 2 boys while we were out of the country. Top notch service and attention.
