Friendly staff, very good with pets ,caring,clean atmosphere

Convenient location, all indoors, friendly staff.

Your staff was very nice at time of pick up.
Bella looked great, nice shampoo (smells great). She is safe and got fed, looks great. Thank you for taking good care of her.

A couple of things I thought you could consider: Maybe give the pups more attention with talking to them, petting them. I noticed on camera (most days) that the sitters did not give much loving attention to the pups. I know this is not my dog care business…..but it made me sad to see Bella not getting attention from the humans when she stood up and tried to touch the sitters for attention multiple times and they did not acknowledge, kept walking. I think most dogs that come for a stay at your place may be pampered, talked to thru out the day, have lots of ball play and hugs. (I work from home). The employees days could be more fun for them to have some fun with the pups. Just a thought to make your service better. Maybe you have rules not to do that, or maybe I checked in on video at the more quiet times. Even if the sitters talked out loud to the group of dogs….that would seem nice for them. Just some feedback, since you gave me the opportunity. Do you play music for the pups? Just curious, cause my Bella enjoys music. Thank you for caring about our feed back..And I know it is not an easy job.

The different events you have each day, the flexibility with scheduling (especially less than 24 hour notice), how tired my baby is when she gets home and how happy she is here

The staff is super friendly and my dog loves them.
I would like to suggest fixing the cameras in the beach and outdoor rooms. The other cameras for the small dog rooms seem to work perfectly every time I try them, but the beach camera for the big dogs constantly has issues. When it does work, you might only get a frame or two before it stops working again. It’s also positioned in an awkward spot at not the best angle, so sometimes it can be difficult to see my dog.

Kiba and Kenzo loved their weekend stay at their most favorite location, Dogtopia Winter Park.
The easiest way to get Kiba in the car is to tell him “lets go see Caitlyn” and that does the trick.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dogtopia is! Our dog, Ragnar, loves going there. We decided to dedicate two days a week to having fun because, like us, he needs to connect with others, and this place offers that.
The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in the care they give each dog. Also, I appreciate the regular updates, the adorable photos, and the time they take to make unforgettable gifts that melt our hearts.
