Orlando – Winter Park Reviews
5477 Lake Howell Road, Winter Park, FL 32792
My boyfriend and I had issues booking on the app and then after dropping our dog off, we had issues using the webcam. It kept stating that we couldn’t use the webcam until we had a meet and greet every though we have dropped her at Dogtopia several times before. We called and the staff did their best to resolve the issue but all of the issues sound technical. The staff is great as well as the experience our fur baby has while she’s there, but we are dependent on the webcams to check in on her so it was unfortunate we didn’t have the option to do so. It seems the app has been an issue for a long time and is never consistent with working. I highly recommend the company invest time and money into making sure the app works efficiently so customers can feel more comfortable being able to book and check in. We are individuals of convenience so the easier for us to book and check in on her, the better.
On a recent visit I observed by video my dog being persistently mounted by another dog-the attendant did not seem to notice or be concerned- but it was clear that my dog (who is neutered) while not scared or frantic was trying to get away from the other dog who was refusing to give up. Maybe a time out for the other dog was needed.
The care exhibited by all your employees. The friendliness. Pat and all the team is truly amazing.
My dog is taken care of and in a safe environment
Tucker loves it. He likes the fact that he gets to roam/play. Thanks for taking caring of him.

Your staff was very nice at time of pick up.
Bella looked great, nice shampoo (smells great). She is safe and got fed, looks great. Thank you for taking good care of her.
A couple of things I thought you could consider: Maybe give the pups more attention with talking to them, petting them. I noticed on camera (most days) that the sitters did not give much loving attention to the pups. I know this is not my dog care business…..but it made me sad to see Bella not getting attention from the humans when she stood up and tried to touch the sitters for attention multiple times and they did not acknowledge, kept walking. I think most dogs that come for a stay at your place may be pampered, talked to thru out the day, have lots of ball play and hugs. (I work from home). The employees days could be more fun for them to have some fun with the pups. Just a thought to make your service better. Maybe you have rules not to do that, or maybe I checked in on video at the more quiet times. Even if the sitters talked out loud to the group of dogs….that would seem nice for them. Just some feedback, since you gave me the opportunity. Do you play music for the pups? Just curious, cause my Bella enjoys music. Thank you for caring about our feed back..And I know it is not an easy job.
The different events you have each day, the flexibility with scheduling (especially less than 24 hour notice), how tired my baby is when she gets home and how happy she is here
Bentley loves to play with his friends at dogtopia
