It was my big girls first stay at Dogtopia. I was grateful to be able to view her on camera throughout the day. Knowing she was safe allowed me to be able to get through a stressful day of relocating to a new home without worrying about her. Thank you!

The employees seemed to be well trained, but more importantly seem to care about our fur babies. I also like the fact that I can pick up later in the eventing and not 430-500.

Our dog, Otis, is in love with the staff and management.
My husband has health challenges that sometimes call for day-to-day schedule shifting. Whenever I call to book care for Otis, the staff goes out of their way to show kindness to our family, and are especially nurturing to Otis. It is a remarkable experience having our Dogtopia family look out for our needs. As a caregiver, whenever my husband, Kevin, is in hospital I feel a sense of peace knowing that Otis is well cared for while I address my husband’s ever-changing medical needs. We are blessed to have the location of the Winter Park Dogtopia close to our home.
Thank you for the fine business model of kindness first. If more business were run this way, the world would be a far better place.

I really appreciate the personable communication. I also like the access to the cameras so I can check on my dog during boarding. The staff is super friendly and helpful also!
I love that I can check on my furry baby, Rascal, anytime with the webcam. I also love the team that works at Dogtopia-Winter Park. Everyone is so friendly and they genuinely care about our little guy. The facility is clean and efficient .Easy to drop off and pick up. Dogtopia – Winter Park, gives me peace-of-mind knowing that Rascal is well-taken care of and he is having fun!!!
