I like your facility and your staff; I also like that you have CCTV however it or your app malfunctions too often. On my dog’s recent visit, I picked him up so heavily perfumed that I had to roll the windows down in my car. I had to continually push him away from me that night; he couldn’t even stand it, he got under the covers of my bed and rolled around and he never does that! I filled out a form for you some time back and I indicated on it that I don’t want him perfumed.
The initial registration process was thorough, and the staff asked a lot of questions about our dog. This assured my family and I that we were leaving our 4 legged family member with caregivers that will ensure her safety and the safety and health of the other dogs as well.
