Openness. So love that I could watch my dog on the Webcam. I also love the positiveness towards my dog from the details of giving a report card with encouraging and positive comments. The positive genuine attitude of the front desk staff.
Easy to book and I like the dogs are separated by size with cameras
The friendliness of the staff is really the biggest factor. Then of course comes what is generally expected: the cleanliness of the facilities, the expertise of those who work with the pets regularly, and how tired and happy our pet is when he comes home!
I didn’t like that my dog got bitten by another dog and they call it a miss understanding between dogs. This is the first time that happen to me. I have mix feeling about it.
Employees are so sweet and caring, my dogs love it there, nice and clean accommodations and love that I can see the dogs on the webcam! You can go on vacation with an ease of mind knowing they are in a safe and caring environment!
Basie, our rescue black lab, had her Meet & Greet this past Friday at Dogtopia in Winter Park. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and FUN! Basie will be visiting Dogtopia soon to play with the other dogs and learn social skills. Kudos to the staff for making us feel welcome, safe, and secure. xoxo Mandy & Basie
