Orland Park Reviews

I began bringing my puppy there when I was working in Tinley Park because it was close to my place of employment. After losing that job and living in the city, it’s a 45 minute drive, if not a little more, depending on traffic to get to Dogtopia, however in trying to find other doggy daycare places for him that were closer to home. I chose to bring him back to the Orland Park location. It is worth the drive knowing that he’s being taken care of properly and treated well. He is always very eager to go unlike the other places that I took him. He pulled back or was looking back for me when I took him to a facility in the South Loop. When I take him toDogtopia, I have to keep up with him to get to the door.

Everyone is really friendly and understanding

I would like to see discounts applied to longer term stays, or a rewards program whereby you could earn “free nights” based on number of prior stays. I board my dog 2-4 times a year and most of teh stays are 6-10 days each time. That ends up being a lot of money spent. I wish I could earn some of that back with a loyalty program.

I really wish you had an outdoor space so dogs could go outside. Maybe something behind your unit, even if it was paved and not grass, but grass would be great!

Well viewing my pup on the video cam, I do notice the associates cleaning up the floor. It appears that there’s not much sanitizing taking place.

Staff is amazing especially Judy and Megan. My fur baby is well taken care of and he loves it.

Dogtopia is the answer to my pup Oliver getting great socialization time with other dogs. Along with socializing he’s exercising and having so much fun! When i pull into the parking lot he gets so excited and can’t wait to see his furry friends.

The staff is incredible!!! Very friendly and caring and they do an amazing job. i know Oliver is in good hands. You can see how well they all work together to care for our fur babies.

Kudos, to all Dogtopia employees. Thank you for being there to take care of Oliver and all the fur babies.

The employees are wonderful. Very helpful & knowledgeable. Judy & Morgan are always so happy & cheerful in the morning.
