The staff is really friendly and great with my timid dog, Hank. I know they take good care of him when starts wagging his tail when he sees them!
Most things I like are related to the people at the front desk. They are very friendly and seem to care about all dogs that come. Also, I notice that the attendants in the various rooms give attention to many of the dogs in their care. An occasional pet goes a long way. My dog, who is a Velcro dog, seems eager to go with a caretaker . It has taken him quite a while to adjust but now it seems to me that he likes being at dogtopia. To me, that means a lot.
Everyone is very accommodating and wonderful to work with
I like the camera option and that there is down time for the dogs. Would like to have outdoor walking or some time outside to add to the inside option.

The staff is very efficient and pleasant.
My dogs are very anxious from the time we enter the parking lot until they are greeted by the staff,they can’t wait to get in.
