Friendly staff
I like that the hours are reasonable, the staff is welcoming, updates on my pup.
Better access to webcams. Also, we are not at all happy with the bath and nail trim Toby received, it doesn’t look like much was done.

Staff is friendly and our pups are si happy when greeted for their play days. We do play days, we’ve boarded, and used spa services: nails, teeth and bathing. We know our best fur friends are getting the best care in a safe and healthy environment. Thank you.
I boarded my Mini Ausie Doodle from 07/19/2024 thru 07/26/24 and he seemed to enjoy his stay. The one area that I had a problem with was the fact that I had provided enough “Greeny’s” for each day (6) for him. When I picked Roo up there were all 6 left. A minor problem to most but to Roo it was disappointing.
Every employee there is 100% committed to insuring the fun and safety of the dogs. They truly love them like family. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Our dog Oliver absolutely loves it there and loves his caregivers.
