I absolutely LOVE the staff at Dogtopia!! Krista and Lexie always greet me with a smile and Hira (sorry for spelling errors) is always a pleasure to see on pickup- My troublemaker Ralphie always has a great time! The only things that would be an improvement would be better pee control (not sure how to achieve this) If I don’t pay for a bath then he come home wet with urine or just covered in the urine smell. this makes the boarding more expensive, obviously. Maybe elevated crates? The other facility I used to use would bathe as a courtesy if boarding for 2 nites or longer. Obviously corporate won’t like that idea. the other thing is that sometimes the urine smell is overwhelming when you walk in- and that odor doesn’t usually bother me (I’m a Veterinarian) When I refer friends- I tell them about the great care but I also warn them about the urine issues.
Just a thought. Thank you for everything that you do for Ralphie and Twitch- they love it there! 🙂

Love the current greater, Krista. She is very personable and responsible. It’s obvious she loves my dog and she’s very positive.
