Everyone is always so friendly and I know when I drop
off, Dempsey is going to have the most exciting and tiring day!! We love Dogtopia PV!!
My dog always has a good time. I know she is well taken care of. Dogtopia always has cool events for the dogs and special treats. When I get exit baths she always smells good and her fur is nice and soft.
We are switching from the Raintree location. We are very attached to Lana. An email with our concerns went unanswered until my husband Jeff went in for a face to face discussion. This did not help us feel comfortable there.
Our concerns about our pup’s safety and correct identification were addressed at our meet snd greet and in fact the Paradise Valley facility made some suggestions to help us feel comfortable bringing her to their location. Everyone was friendly and clearly loved dogs.
Love the staff and how they take care of the dogs!

What I like best about Dogtopia Paradise Valley is that when I leave my lil Puggie in their care I know she is in good hands and she is safe. The staff is great, the environment is friendly and calm. I have been taking my Pug there for over a year, she knows the staff and they know her. She is always excited when I tell her we are going to see her friends. She gets exercise, socialization and I get peace of mind. Thank you to the staff for all you do.

Dogtopia has been recommended to family members here and back east where they took my advice. Brother has been back several times.
The coaches are patient but firm. If my dog acts out infrequently, they work with him to calm him down, put him in a crate for timeout if necessary, and to find out what triggered the behavior. Some daycares are not willing to work with the dogs to engage them in a positive way and to maintain a safe play experience. Dogtopia PV has been excellent in this regard.
The value pricing on weekends, the very reasonable grooming options and the great staff.
