Dogtopia Paradise Valley Village is an amazing place to take your dog. From initial contact by phone to Meet and Greet to doggie daycare and special photo day, our dogs LOVE it there and every staff member we had contact with was super professional and really nice. Our puppy was very skittish about meeting new people but it only took her about 30 seconds to warm up to the staff there and she had the most amazing afternoon. 10*min our book. Definitely recommend to anyone needing doggie daycare or overnight boarding.
Training and Devon extended drop off pick up hours. And daycare on Saturday and Sunday- so beneficial. Staff is helpful and friendly. Dogs are happy and playing. Love the fact that they can get treats or special meals. They look forward to going to day care.

Dogtopia really seems to have things dialed in. Very organized, nice added touches, and well thought out methods. Devon (general mgr) was enthusiastic, answered all my questions thoroughly, and had great ways to accommodate and prep my dog for upcoming Stay and Learn training. The staff was friendly and really seem to sincerely love dogs, and I could see my dog did very well in daycare.
We are so impressed with the customer service and kindness. We are traveling and needed daycare and occasional boarding for the month we are visiting. Very accommodating!
We love DogTopia! Reggie loves being there, she loves everyone who works there and all of her dog friends. We also appreciate the flexibility we have with drop off and pick up times as members.

The staff is genuinely caring. Facility is clean and welcoming. I appreciate the ability to have my dog trained during his scheduled visit. Trainer is awesome. My dog is always excited to go in and have his “best day ever”.
Always friendly staff and I can bring my dogs the last minute if I need. I do think with the half day it should be just any 5 hours vs 7-12 or 2-7. So many times it’s just in between.
The hours of operation are great (although I wish it were open at 8 or 9 on Sundays). I love that there is a groomer on site to do nail trims and baths. The staff is always friendly and kind. The enrichment activities are a nice touch too.
