The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The environment along with the services were extraordinary.

I felt like the wonderful ppl at Dogtopia took the time to get to know my doggo and understood that she had some anxiety and nervous habits. They showed attention to detail with every client that walked in the door while I was waiting for my dogs evaluation to be done. I really appreciated the effort they displayed.

Really friendly staff, seem to genuinely love the dogs and what they do. I wish they were open on saturdays which is my main reason for the lower rating. Also I wish the photos happened on other days besides MWF. this doesn’t affect my willingness to recommend but just makes me sad when we miss out because we really love it and the staff does such a great job with the photos.

My dog loves Dogtopia. He loves to be dropped off and is sad to go. He has fun socializing and running around. He is always tired and happy at the end of a Dogtopia day.

Great customer service, answered all of my questions, and made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped inside. We are dog daycare/boarding vets and will travel for the best in the area. This is one of the cleanest, most organized, and personalized operations I’ve seen across 4 different states of facilities!

Very enthusiastic staff, transparent policies, great environment for the dogs!

I loved that the staff sat on the floor and played with Nala while I was there before taking her away into the other rooms to play with the dogs. It meant a lot to me that the owner clearly cared about me and Nala and wanted to make us feel welcome.
