I love that we have somewhere we feel comfortable taking Piper for a few hours of play! Her having those hours of fun and interaction with other dogs makes her doggy life so much more enjoyable. I appreciate how transparent you all are when something goes wrong and make notes to update the owner if the dog has something irregular happen. The employees all seem to genuinely love animals. Messes in the play area are quickly cleaned and everyone is always having a good time. Employees are attentive and juggle the rooms based on the dogs- which is perfect for our very excited, playful pup. She has grown out of her excitement accidents….. except for when she walks into Dogtopia and greets the front desk. So that tells me she’s extra excited to go to doggy daycare!!! I appreciate that some employees recognize her and remember her name. The summary of her day at pickup is always fun to hear! And really nice knowing she gets a wipe down right at pickup. Thanks everyone!

Everyone is so kind and loving with all the pups. They go above and beyond to take great care while having lots of fun activities for them. They always address questions or concerns, and follow up to make sure pups and pup parents are given the best possible care! Thanks for all you do!

Friendly staff that are great with dogs. I like that you offer nail trimming and other spa services. Makes it so convenient for me.

I really appreciate the speed of approvals, for daycare and boarding. The staff is always cheerful and give Watson a bit of individual time. I like that the cameras are available which allows me to check in on my dog freely.
