Great operation. Dogs well cared for. Dogs must enjoy the company of other dogs.
Before we even walked in the door, the staff opened it wide and welcomed my puppy by name. To a person, everyone was attentive to his needs and made him feel comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. He was a little intimidated by the other dogs and it took him a while to overcome his shyness, but I could tell he felt safe with Arthur and eventually felt secure enough to venture out.
I appreciated the tour from the owner and was impressed by how clean and organized everything was. It’s obvious that everyone has the best interest of the dogs in mind. No evidence of cutting corners–everywhere I looked, I got the impression of high standards and people who love what they do.
The staff is incredibly friendly, they know the dogs & they are very affectionate with the dogs.
I like being able to see our 2 dogs on their video cam.
Most importantly, I have confidence in our pet’s safety at Dogtopia.
Pennybelle loves Dogtopia. She gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always courteous and friendly.
Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. My girls are always excited to go play with their friends.
The care and attention from the Dogtopia Client Reps that they bring everyday to our fury loved ones and to their owners is THE best. Of course, the outside time for the pups, protein bowls and spa baths are great, too!
When I forget to set up appointments and call to see if they are able to take my pup at the last minute they have always accommodated. The spa services on site saves time. The staff is always pleasant.
You guys are always so accommodating and nice. And our dogs never come back with eye or ear infections like at a few others around! It’s worth the drive out to Purcellville for me even though I have several boarding facilities very close.
The staff at Dogtopia are wonderful. They are always happy to see my dog! I love the webcam! I could watch it all day! My dog is always happy to go to day care!
