I really like the puppy cam. So i can see how well he’s playing without disturbing him. I’m greeted very nicely when I come in and the hand off. Im very happy that my dog is happy. He’s been through a lot and the regular boarding kennel, though highly rated, he came back looking traumatized. When I pick him up from dogtopia he’s happy.

Dax and Bennet seem to trust the people working there. When we go out of town they are the only people we’ve found whom Dax trusts to be in their care when it’s not us.

Love these people and my dogs are very happy when there!

Very accommodating when it comes to scheduling a visit. Their online portal for appointments is excellent, as is their online access to cameras so you can check in on your best friend.

The admitting staff, Megan, Liz, and Kate. Eddie – Gnat loves him and he understands her. The extras that are offered like doggie splash day, spas, etc. The effort made to keep the dog spaces clean and sanitized. The appropriate mixing of doggy personalities.

The staff is really friendly and they clearly love dogs. Good policies and procedures are in place to protect animals.

When I watch my puppy playing on the WebCam, I frequently see the coach show affection and care for my animal, and that means everything.
