I like that your location splits up dogs based on their energy level vs size. I used to take my dog to a different Dogtopia location and he was placed in a room based on his size and I never felt that he was getting the benefits of play/socialization that matched his needs. My dog is always very excited to go to daycare and comes home happy and sleepy (yay for burning energy playing with friends all day)! I also notice that he has more manners around people and other dogs when we are out in public. Additionally, he seems more at ease with a crate. I’m very satisfied with the daycare and boarding services at Dogtopia Redmond!
Dogtopia is our home away from home for our furry family member. We love the care you provide and how well you treat our dog.
Allison and her team have cared for Milo from day 1. I wouldnt trust any other place to leave my pet alone for a whole day. Thank you all. Milo loves going to Dogtopia 🙂
Coaches are friendly and dogs seem to really like it there. The spa always leaves dogs fresh and fragrant, and pups get to bring their own toys from home when they stay overnight.

I didn’t think this would really work for us but it does. I would prefer not doing the subscription since our lives are so variable and I don’t need daily care – but I do appreciate how well you describe your business decisions to your impacted customers.
