We love Dogtopia Redmond for the care they have been providing our dog for the last 6 years since he was a pup.
However, we do wish the Avalon building they are located in used maybe a different cleaning product on the interior hallway since it’s a slip hazard for the dogs, especially in the rain
The Redmond staff is amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful every time I drop off/pick up. Emily is especially customer service oriented and always willing to help and answer my questions. Thank you Dogtopia!
You take great care of Ripley, and let her get all that energy out. I can tell your team really cares about the dogs, and everyone is really friendly and helpful. Your flexibility on times has really helped me out in the past, too. I absolutely love you guys!
Everyone is so positive with the dogs. I know the dogs feel safe and loved there.
The people take amazing care of our dog & he is always soooo excited to go there. Which means so much knowing he is safe and having fun 🙂
I love the staff and that my dog loves going there. My only discouraging experiences are that my dog smells pretty bad when I pick him up, like urine. My house tends to smell like it if I don’t bath him afterward.
The second point of difficulty is the long waits when I pick him up. I often wait 15 minutes, and when I am rushing to get to daycare afterward, It makes it very difficult to keep him enrolled there. I wish curbside pick-up service would return.
Otherwise, I love what you have to offer.
I like that everyone at the establishment seems to know and love my dog.

Everyone I have met Work as a team. They work with me, for example, when I had a family emergency, I let them know ahead of time, and they were very understanding and sympathetic.
